NFAB in thirty seconds

This is where people of faith belong.

NFAB is the trusted national gathering place for people of faith who believe their convictions belong in the public square.

We bring pastors, churches, citizens, business leaders, policymakers, and national partners together so no one has to stand alone. Through trusted relationships, practical resources, briefings, prayer, convenings, and clear pathways for action, NFAB helps people understand the moment, find their place, and make a meaningful difference.

The story

Built from relationships.
Growing through action.

NFAB grew from a simple conviction: the relationships formed among people of faith during a consequential national moment should not end with an administration, an election, or a news cycle.

  1. 2016–2021

    A coalition takes shape

Through five years of national faith outreach connected to the Trump White House, pastors and leaders from many traditions built trusted relationships around religious liberty, conscience, family, service, and the role of faith in public life.

  2. 2021

    The work continues

The National Faith Advisory Board was formed to keep that coalition intact and give people of faith an enduring place to connect, pray, learn, and act together beyond any single political moment.

  3. Today

    From coalition to infrastructure

NFAB now links national conversations to churches and communities through prayer calls, policy briefings, events, partnerships, the Association of Churches, the Patron Network, and state leadership.

  4. Next

    Built beyond the moment

The next chapter is deeper grassroots reach: equipping people in every state, city, church, and community to carry one strong, principled, unified voice into the places where the future is shaped.

Read the deeper story

NFAB’s history matters because it explains both the organization’s access and its purpose. The movement was born from real relationships among faith leaders, public officials, organizations, and citizens who had learned to work together on issues affecting religious liberty and the public good. NFAB carried those relationships forward so the faith community would retain a place to gather, speak, and serve.

Yet NFAB is not a monument to the past. It is building for the long term. National access only matters if it equips local faithfulness; grassroots energy only reaches its full strength when people are connected to one another. NFAB exists to hold those two realities together—bringing local experience into national conversations and carrying trusted information, relationships, and opportunities back to communities.

That is why the movement is both serious and deeply personal. It can convene national leaders and still make room for the pastor in a small town, the business owner who wants to serve, the parent protecting a child, and the citizen taking a first faithful step. Each belongs. Each matters. Together, they become one unified voice.

One movement at every level

From the global table
to the local church.

NFAB’s reach is not a one-way broadcast from the top. It is a living, two-way network: local voices shape national priorities, national relationships open doors, and people carry clarity and action back home.

Policy and public focus

Four convictions.
One unwavering voice.

These pillars anchor NFAB’s public work. They are not a collection of temporary talking points; they reflect enduring beliefs about freedom, human dignity, family, responsibility, and America’s future.

01 Protect religious freedom

Religious liberty is the first freedom—the God-given right to worship freely, live according to conscience, and bring faith into public life. It protects more than a worship service; it protects speech, family, education, service, evangelism, and public witness.

  • Protect houses of worship, religious leaders, and people of faith from government interference.
  • Defend freedom of conscience and oppose religious discrimination.
  • Strengthen the church’s freedom to serve, speak, worship, and lead publicly.
02 Promote a strong America

A strong, secure, and flourishing America gives churches, families, citizens, and communities the stability to serve at home and bless people around the world. NFAB promotes principled leadership, national responsibility, and peace through strength and partnership.

  • Celebrate America’s God-honoring foundations and steward the freedoms entrusted to us.
  • Promote security, financial stability, lawful immigration, and strong communities.
  • Support international peace, principled alliances, and a strong U.S.–Israel relationship.
03 Defend life at all stages

Every person bears God-given dignity. NFAB stands for life from the womb through every season of age, and for a culture that surrounds vulnerable people with protection, compassion, family, and practical care.

  • Protect unborn children and support mothers and families.
  • Promote foster care, adoption, and practical support for children in need.
  • Honor the elderly, protect the vulnerable, and affirm dignity at every stage.
04 Honor family values

Strong families form strong communities. NFAB works to protect the institutions, rights, relationships, and truths that allow children to flourish and generations to inherit faith, stability, and hope.

  • Strengthen marriage, family relationships, and generational responsibility.
  • Preserve parental rights and the authority of families in children’s lives.
  • Safeguard the dignity and biological reality of men and women.
