Rachel Monroe serves as Washington State Director for the National Faith Advisory Board, working to connect pastors, ministry leaders, and people of faith across the state with opportunities to pray, engage, and make a difference in their communities.
A longtime Washington resident, Rachel has spent more than 15 years serving in church leadership, nonprofit ministry, and community outreach. She has worked alongside local churches to strengthen ministry partnerships, support families, encourage civic engagement, and equip believers to bring biblical truth into the public square with both conviction and compassion.
Rachel is especially passionate about building relationships between churches and helping faith leaders recognize the influence they can have when they stand together with one unified voice. Through NFAB, she helps expand grassroots engagement across Washington, connecting local leaders with statewide and national initiatives focused on faith, family, religious liberty, and the next generation.
Rachel and her husband, Daniel, live in the greater Tacoma area and are active members of their local church.
